SCHOLARSHIP POLICY:

An individual can donate money or help raise funds to SELF. The SELF is a 501(c)(3) registered (non profit) organization. All donations are Tax-deductible under USA - IRS 501(c3)(3) law.

If you are helping your immediate relatives through SELF, SELF may not provide Tax-Exemption certificate for that donation unless the candidate is well qualified (based on his economic and parents educational status) to receive scholarship.
